I am a Houston based geophysicist and my research has been focused on application of Machine Learning to Geoscience workflows. I love playing badminton and bollywood dancing.
Venki received his MS in Geophysics from the University of Houston in 2014. During his studies, Venki’s research focused on finite element modeling to understand velocity dependence on stress and fractures in rock. He also undertook an internship with Borehole Seismic LLC where he worked with micro-seismic data analysis.
Venki has 3+ years of experience providing high-end technical support for RokDoc. He is also a RokDoc approved trainer, training industry professionals in rock physics analysis and quantitative interpretation methods. Having joined the services group in 2017, Venki is now putting his breadth of technical knowledge and software experience into practical use on service projects.
